DGS Health Care Partnership
At CVSNWK, we attend the DGS HCP to provide further representation for the voluntary sector in health and care services.
Reducing health inequalities and producing support to maintain healthy living. The Health Care Partnership promotes collaboration between health and care services to discuss what is provided in the districts to ensure local people have ample support available for their own care and equal opportunities for healthy living.
Health and care for the community is being built with the individuals that use it at the centre. With services being provided through many sectors, it is important to collaborate and learn from each other in order to make resources effective, efficient and economical.
By keeping this in mind, the maximum impact can come from the infrastructure in place and it will be tailored to the people using it.
